Look after yourself

Whichever ways you are responding to the situation it is important to remember to look after yourself. It is vital that you think about and look after your needs. These needs may be about your physical or emotional health, your social needs, your financial or occupational needs, amongst many others.

It is vital that you look after your yourself both for your sake and for others.

You might be the main source of support for others in the family.  You will need to look after yourself if you are to have the energy to support those around you.

It is vital that you look after yourself as you matter too. You have a life and your needs are just as important as others.

Remember to eat
Remember to do things that you enjoy
Remember to talk with friends
Remember to have fun
